Customers will inevitably ask for services or projects outside of their typical scope.

Our policy is to offer services that still fit within our strengths, but at a price that covers the resources we’ll need to use to do so.

Graphic Design:

Hourly rate for custom design projects: $150/hour

Logo Design 1 concept w/ 2 rounds of revisions: $1750

Logo & double sided business cards both 1 concept w/ 2 rounds of revisions: $2250

Ad Design (less than half page) 1 concept: $250

Ad Design (Half to Full Page) 1 concept: $375

Rack Card (double sided) 1 concept: $500

Website Services:

(Billed at $150/hour)

This includes:

  1. Adding additional pages (not including copywriting)
  2. Adding/replacing images

30 minutes or less of the above types of work is included in our typical work. Above that amount and you’ll need to estimate hours and provide total cost to customer. The customer can then decide if they want to manage the work on their end, or pay for the time spent executing on our side.

Marketing Services:

The below include some of our standard services, but are all listed because they’re outside the norm of our typical hospitality marketing packages.

Email Marketing

Email marketing campaign (existing customers only, and includes strategy, content creation, execution, and review of results): $350

PPC (Pay-per-click) Management

We charge a monthly fee of 10-20% of Ad Spend (ranges based on Ad spend), with a minimum fee threshold of $100 per platform (Google, Bing, Facebook). Ad spend & management is prorated DAILY for the month. Minimum setup fee of $250 for first month- no management fee in the first month.

Edit title tags and meta descriptions: the work takes about15 minutes, and we charge $15 per page for project management planning purposes
