Q4Launch does not maintain domain registrations for customers. Please advise customers that want to transfer a domain to us to instead create an account at:
GoDaddy:

- https://www.godaddy.com/domains/bulk-domain-transfer.aspx
or Google:
Once the customer has an account, with a credit card on file, if they have issues they should contact support from that service to help transfer the domain.
If they still have an issue or gets frustrated, please let us know.
For BB/HIL customers – the DNS should point to our nameservers:
- ns1.q4-host.com
- ns2.q4-host.com
For VR customers – the DNS should point to our nameservers:
- ns1.q4-vr.com
- ns2.q4-vr.com
And a task should be created for Dev (Ricardo) to add the domains to the hosting account we have on file for the customer.
