Bug Tracker is basically a stripped down version of Projects, which we use every day: https://projects.zoho.com/portal/q4launch
When an issue is added under a project in Zoho Projects, it is separate from tasks, and other items. Issues can then be tracked within the Bug Tracker.
In Zoho Projects:
Issues = items that are broken, bugs.
Tasks = requests for more info, or new work or existing items to be changed/updated, etc.
Keep using Projects as usual.
But, please help keep tasks and issues separate when adding items into Zoho so we can sort out the issues from all other requests.
