Step 1: Set Up Mockup / Design Project
- Log into Jira
- On the left-hand side, click the plus sign to Create an Issue
- Confirm your Project is set to “Clients (ON)”
- Confirm your “Issue Type” is set to the vertical for your customer:
– VR
– BB
– HIL - Give your task a clear, descriptive title in the “Summary” field. For example:
– Mockup Design (for new customers or customers getting their first Q4Launch website)
– New Every Three Mockup Design (for existing Q4Launch website customers who are getting a NE3) - Give your task a clear description with any details the design team may need:
– Link to Design Brief
– Target Website Launch Date
– URL at Launch - Set the “Epic Link” to your customer’s name.
– If you haven’t set this up yet, follow these steps to set up the Epic - If this is a VR website, select the proper property management system in the “PMS” section
– BB and HIL customers will not have this option. - Set the “Email Location” based on whether or not Q4Launch hosts your customer’s email

– New Subdomain Build (for customers getting a blog. or guide. subdomain only)
– New Every Three Website Build (for existing Q4Launch website customers who are getting a NE3) - Give your task a clear description with any details the dev team may need:
– Target Launch Date
– URL at Launch - Set the “Epic Link” to your customer’s name.
– If you haven’t set this up yet, follow these steps to set up the Epic - If this is a VR website, select the proper property management system in the “PMS” section
