Debrief after kickoff call

  1. Generally, how did the call go?
  2. Any potential concerns with the customer?
  3. Any positive notes with the customer?
  4. Add any comments to this task

 

Send Thank You Email

  1. Send Thank You Email After Call following up on items discussed and next steps.
  2. Schedule any agreed upon meetings.

 

Add Account Logins to Keeper (Including DNS)

  1. DNS: the URL of the company. GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc. are popular companies for DNS.
  2. Verify login as working

 

Weekly Check In Emails

  1. This should be a weekly email or call for weeks 1-4 to keep the customer up to date of progress and keep the deliverables on time.
