The Issue:
Recently we have been experiencing an issue with our advanced search bar not showing advanced search options on the home page.
The Solution:
If your client is experiencing this issue please follow the steps below:
- In the dashboard: click on the Q4 Vacation Rental Settings
- Go to Advanced Search settings under the Search Form Settings
- You should see two different layouts, Universal and Shortcode. If the Shortcode layout is missing you will need to setup that layout and the Advanced Search options should then show on the homepage search bar. Without the Shortcode layout, the advanced search options will not show.
NOTE: Be sure to click on the Update button for these updates to show on the front end.
