1. Signing Up a Customer for 5 Star Review

A) Visit https://5stars.q4launch.com/

B) Fill out the sign-up form on behalf of the customer, using the official business name and address where needed

C) On the next page, Add a hero image or logo for your customer. This will appear at the top of the landing page within the 5 Star Review webapp when a guest clicks through the initial text message.

D) Fill out the rest of the form on behalf of the customer.

E) Navigate to their TripAdvisor profile page, scroll to the Reviews section, click the Write a Review button. Copy this link and paste it into the TriAdvisor Review text box in 5 Star Review.

F) Navigate to their Yelp profile page, click the Write a Review button. Copy this link and paste it into the Yelp Review text box.

G) Follow the instructions on this page and use the interactive map to create a Review Link for Google https://support.google.com/business/answer/7035772?hl=en

H) Navigate to their Facebook profile page. Copy this link and paste it into the Facebook Review text box in 5 Star Review.

I) Press the Sign Up button.

 

2. Navigating 5 Star Review

Once inside the 5 Star Review webapp, you’ll see the three windows available – Dashboard, Add Guest, and Settings.

Dashboard:

Added: How many guests were added to the webapp.

Engaged: How many guests clicked the messaging in one of the three text messages sent.

Reviews: How many guests left the 5SR web app to leave a review. NOTE: We are unable to track whether guests complete the review process or not, only if they left the webapp through one of the created buttons.

Recently Added: Database of guests and their phone numbers. Shows whether they Clicked and the buttons they pressed to leave the app will appear green.

 

Add Guest:

For each guest, add their First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number and press Submit to initiate the review request.

You can also click “here” in “Click here to view/edit submissions” to see recent submissions.

To bulk upload guests to send requests to, click “Bulk Upload Guests Via CSV File.” Download the template, copy and paste the form fields in, and upload the CSV document.

 

Settings:

Update customer profile information and customize the initial text message guests receive.

NOTE: We are unable to update the name of the business, so ensure this is entered correctly during the initial sign-up process. If there is an error, contact Ann Marie who has database access and can delete the record.

You can also activate or deactivate review link buttons by clicking the “Active” or “Inactive” button beneath the title of the review link.
