Q4VR: Troubleshooting Missing Units

The purpose of this article is to show you how to troubleshoot missing units in the back end of your customer’s PMS account if the units do not populate during a Sync. For each VR customer, if they add units, edit unit names/filters, or remove units, you need to click Sync Now in the Q4 Vacation Rental Settings to upload all of the Vacation Rental posts. If you have completed the sync and you are still missing new units, try the tactics in the video linked below to figure out the issues.

If you or your customer have updated rates, it can take up to 24 hours for Escapia to re-validate the rates before you can see a change on your site.

 

BAREFOOT

Find the Property in question in the Barefoot Account. On the Property Information page in the General area on the Amenities tab, make sure that the Property is set to “iLink Booking”.
